Commitment of the Oral Health Division:

We strive to ensure that:

  • Clients are served efficiently and in a friendly manner;
  • Clients are given relevant information on services provided;
  • Clients with appointments are seen within 15 minutes of their appointment time.

Responsibility of the Clients

The customer is expected to:

  • Provide all necessary documents for the required procedures;
  • Keep appointments or inform this office if unable to do so;
  • Use all amenities provided in a responsible manner;
  • Cooperate in providing detailed and accurate information on issues raised.
